Presenting ‘The Space Between: Inclusion of Women in Mining Project Management Offices (PMOs) in a Green Transition’ at Project Management Institute – South Africa (PMI-SA) Summit. The paper is solution driven, giving impacted women a voice in developing empirical and realistic interventions to overcome the barriers to gender parity in mining and the advantages thereof against the background of a green (just) energy transition in South Africa.
