Ecole National d ’Administration in the Democratic Republic of Congo
An excellent example of our expertise in developmental projects was the establishment of their National School of Governance – Ecole National d’Adminstration (ENA) – in Kinshasa, DRC. We established ENA as part of a partnership between the DRC and South African governments with the assistance of the Belgian Technical Committee and the United Nations Development Programme. From concept through to strategy development, operational planning, capacitating of the senior management, rolling out interim training to 1885 senior DRC public servants in change, financial, human resources, and project management, all with top students per course enrolled for Training the Trainer to qualify as facilitators and moderators. We further undertook the design, planning and refurbishment of the physical facilities to be an optimal environment for research, curriculum development and training.
